Hi I’m Peter Soler! I've been cutting hair for over fifteen years. I was born in Puerto Rico and came to Indiana when I was five years old and I was raised right here in this great town of Columbus.

I'm also a local boxing coach for Columbus Pal Boxing.

I am blessed with a beautiful wife and three wonderful kids. I love serving this great community.

Born and raised right here in Columbus, Tyler had always had a passion for making people smile. Tyler has always had a serving heart and in 2007, decided to serve his country through enlisting in the Untied States Army where he served for 15 years before retiring.

Learning to cut hair started out as an outlet to pass time during his second deployment to Afghanistan. While he was stationed in Germany, he noticed that the hobby become a passion and that is where the dream begin. From cutting his own hair, to fading his 3 boys, to late night barracks calls in order to help Soldiers prepare for the following week.

Upon retirement from the Army, Tyler graduated from Harold’s Beauty Academy and has been serving his community as a barber here at Columbus Uppercuts.

My name is Nadiya "YaYa" Suggs-McKay. I've been a Loctician for 10 years Im originally from Memphis, TN. Where I first discovered my passion for Locs. I believe in the natural journey of growing your Crown (hair).

I take pride & joy in blessing each and every client as they grow spiritually, mentally, and physically with every inch their hair grows.

I am looking forward to building new relationships with all of my clients as they embark upon this journey.

My name is Luis and I go by AJ Barber. I’ve been cutting hair for over 5 years. I came from Puerto Rico in 2014 and have been here ever since. My beautiful wife and I have come to love this small town of Columbus as we raise our daughter and two German Shepherds here.

I love to serve this community that has been so good to me.

My name is Taylon Hogg but I go by TJ. I’m 23 years old from Greensburg, IN.

I became a barber because I enjoy interacting with people and having a positive impact in any way possible. I cannot think of a better way to impact others than to boost the confidence of my community with a great haircut.

I went to barber school in Columbus, graduating in 2021 and have been here at Columbus Uppercuts since then.
